NTA has concluded forenoon shift of JEE Main 2019 Paper I for January 11. Mentioned below is the analysis of exam based on the student feedback:

As per Harsdeep Sigh, a student who appeared for forenoon shift on January 11 found Mathematics and Chemistry moderate.

"If basic concept of CBSE level is clear, we will able crack the examination. Though the paper was easy, I can't predict the score. However, I will be giving the second attempt also in April. For me, Chemistry was the easiest and Physics and Mathematics was on the same level.," said Madiri Nisha.

Srinishri from Delhi also finds Chemistry easiest among all the three sections, however, it was bit lengthy. She finds Physics hard, while Mathematics was moderate in difficulty level. Equal weightage was given to all the three subjects.

Shreyashi said that questions in Physics were mostly formulae based. For her Mathematics was the easiest. 2-3 questions in Mathematics were from Integration section.

So overall analysis of the JEE Main Paper-1 forenoon shift is:
  • Physics- Though
  • Mathematics- Moderate
  • Chemistry- easiest of three
